The Global Asthma Network (GAN) report issued in 2022 and the Initiative for (GINA) of 2023 emphasize challenges difficulties faced by health workers managing asthma Low- Middle-income countries (LMICs). Among many reasons these are insufficient knowledge management guidelines, lack medical resources especially inhaler medications1,2,3. When available limited amounts, prohibitively expensive4,5,6. These reports did not address impact disaster on care. In this article, we aim to highlight issue, hoping that future international will take aspect into consideration. disasters such as war earthquakes occur LMIC, several aspects care negatively impacted. First, compounded related displacement, overcrowding shelters, immigration (HCW), damage facilities, referral capacity specialists, availability expensive inhalers4,5,6. Second, governments face logistical challenges. While immediate need may be provide emergency needs,6,7 facilities should secure medications according World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines7.
